Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyze, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. The role supports governance, change management, and risk assessments while maintaining accurate, traceable documentation.

Collaborating across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations, you’ll drive continuous improvement and ensure processes meet Saab UK’s high standards of innovation and integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Desirable: ITIL Foundation, ISO Lead Auditor or Implementer, experience in defence/aerospace, and exposure to ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
