Job summary

Fareham Introduction Saab UK seeks an IT Process Analyst to analyse, improve and govern IT processes aligned with ISO standards. You will champion structured, highquality processes that support audit readiness, security and governance within a defence-grade environment.

The role requires collaboration across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations, with a strong focus on documentation, process mapping and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001) and audit support.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management.
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards.
• Champion structured, highquality processes to support audit readiness, security, and compliance.
