Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. The role focuses on documenting workflows, SOPs, and work instructions, and ensuring traceability across IT operations.

You will collaborate across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to ensure processes are practical, compliant, and embedded, while supporting audits and continuous improvement within Saab's culture of trust and innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
