Fareham Introduction Saab UK seeks an IT Process Analyst to analyse and govern IT and business systems processes, driving efficiency and alignment with ISO standards. You will develop documentation and lead stakeholder workshops to validate future-state processes.

The role requires strong experience in IT process analysis, ITIL/ITSM practices, and auditing support in regulated environments, with exposure to platforms like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.

Qualifications

• Essential: Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards.
• Maintain high-quality process documentation (workflows, SOPs, work instructions).
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather input and validate future-state processes.
• Support audits by preparing documentation, evidence and corrective actions.
