Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to support IT and Business Systems through analysis, improvement, and governance of IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. The role involves collaborating across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations to ensure practical, compliant processes and to support audits with evidence documentation.

The role emphasizes change management, risk assessment, and process assurance, reflecting Saab's values of trust and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
• ITIL Foundation or above.
• ISO Lead Auditor or Implementer qualifications.
• Experience with defence, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries.
• Exposure to platforms such as ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.
• Experience in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
