• Proven IT Process Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards including ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
