Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyze, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. The role collaborates across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations to embed compliant processes and deliver traceable documentation.

You will engage in change management, risk assessments, and process assurance while supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
• ITIL Foundation or above.
• ISO Lead Auditor or Implementer qualifications.
• Experience with defence, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries.
• Exposure to platforms such as ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.
• Experience in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).

Responsibilities

• The IT Process Analyst will support Saab UK's IT and Business Systems functions by analysing, improving, and governing IT processes in alignment with ISO standards.
• Contribute to IT governance functions, including change management, risk assessments, and process assurance.
• Maintain documentation with accuracy, compliance, and traceability reflecting Saab's values.
• Work with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations to embed compliant processes.
• Provide training and guidance on process compliance and governance expectations.
