Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to support IT and Business Systems by analysing, improving, and governing IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. The role collaborates across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to embed compliant processes and governance expectations.

You will contribute to change management, risk assessments, and process assurance, delivering accurate documentation and training to colleagues while upholding Saab's values of trust and continuous

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20000, 27001, 9001 standards.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Desirable: ITIL Foundation or above.
• Desirable: ISO Lead Auditor or Implementer qualifications.
• Desirable: Defence/aerospace or other highly regulated industries.
• Desirable: Experience with ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Desirable: Lean or Six Sigma in continuous improvement.
