Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse, improve, and govern IT processes, aligning with ISO standards and governance requirements.

You will work with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to ensure processes are practical, compliant, and well-documented, including workflows and SOPs. The role supports audits and continuous improvement in Saab's trusted, high-standards environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards.
• Collaborate across IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to ensure practical processes.
• Support audits and maintain evidence for compliance.
• Develop and maintain high-quality process documentation (workflows, SOPs, work instructions).
