Job summary

Saab UK is hiring an IT Process Analyst to improve IT and business processes, document SOPs, and support ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 20000 compliance. The role involves governance activities, risk assessments, and process assurance across IT, Engineering and Operations.

Based in Fareham, you will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure processes are practical, auditable and aligned with Saab's values of trust and continuous learning in a defence industry context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst, IT/Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
• Desirable: ITIL Foundation or above; ISO Lead Auditor or Implementer qualifications.
• Desirable: Experience with defence, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries.
• Desirable: Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira Service Management.
