Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyze, improve, and govern IT processes across IT and Business Systems, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 20000.

You will develop and maintain high-quality process documents, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and monitor KPIs, with cross-functional collaboration involving IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations in a defence and aerospace context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Process Analyst or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 20000, 27001, 9001.
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence.
• Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards.
• Collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR, and Operations.
