Job summary

Saab UK is seeking an IT Process Analyst to analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards. You will develop and maintain process documentation, support audits, and collaborate with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to ensure practical, compliant processes.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, process mapping proficiency, and the ability to translate complex topics for diverse audiences, aligned with Saab's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as IT Process Analyst or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining evidence for compliance.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Skilled in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN).
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse, improve, and govern IT processes in alignment with ISO standards.
• Develop and maintain process documentation (SOPs, workflows, work instructions).
• Support audits with documentation, evidence and corrective actions.
• Engage with IT, Cyber Security, Engineering, HR and Operations to ensure practical processes.
• Provide training and guidance on ISO requirements and governance.
