M&G seeks a Category Manager for IT Outsourcing (ITO) to own the category strategy, lead sourcing events and negotiate with major vendors. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape requirements and drive cost reduction.

You will work across UK teams, including India, to deliver savings and governance, using data analytics and market insight to challenge demand and optimize contracts. This role is based in London with flexible working; it offers a broad benefits package and opportunities

Formación

• Substantial category management or strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong commercial and financial judgement, including cost saving delivery.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Build, own and execute the IT Outsourcing category strategy.
• Lead high-value sourcing events and negotiations with incumbents and new vendors.
• Design sourcing events and evaluation criteria based on value, risk and complexity.
• Introduce competitive tension in renewals and new commitments.
• Coach and develop category specialists and cross-functional teams.
