M&G is seeking a Category Manager to own the Investment Technology and Data category, shaping strategy, supplier engagement and savings across the UK. You will drive commercial leadership, market engagement and governance, while collaborating with the India team to deliver consistent service and value.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, define baselines, and deliver cost reductions while maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliant procurement practices.

Formación

• Substantial category management or strategic sourcing experience in financial services or asset management.
• Ability to lead negotiations on high-value contracts with major vendors.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to influence without formal authority.
• Strong understanding of total cost of ownership and budget impact.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the category strategy for Investment Technology and Data.
• Lead high-value sourcing events and negotiations with vendors.
• Design sourcing events, evaluation criteria and governance.
• Report savings and cost avoidance with a forward pipeline.
• Coach and develop Category Specialists and offshore teams.
• Collaborate with India team to deliver consistent service.
