About the Role

We're looking for an IT Operations Specialist to own our internal technology infrastructure and support our growing team. You'll be responsible for managing our fleet of company devices, ensuring employees have the tools they need to be productive, and maintaining security across our systems. This is a foundational role—you’ll build the processes and systems that with us.

What You’ll Own
Device Management
  • Implement and manage our MDM (Mobile Device Management) solution
  • Configure and deploy laptops and mobile devices for new hires
  • Enforce security policies across all managed devices (encryption, password policies, automatic updates)
  • Maintain hardware inventory and lifecycle management
  • Troubleshoot device issues and coordinate repairs/replacements
Employee IT Support
  • Onboard new employees: device setup, account provisioning, access management
  • Offboard departing employees: device collection, access revocation, data handling
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee tech issues
  • Create documentation and self-service guides
