Stores Administrator/Operative (Ops2)

We're excited to offer a fantastic role as a Warehouse Stores Operative within our Services Logistics Warehouse. In this position, you'll play a key role in supporting break/fix contracts by ensuring the timely supply of components and devices from our warehouse to customer sites or end-user addresses.

To succeed in this role, you'll need exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Experience in stock control, warehouse management ERP systems (ideally SAP and WMCS), and previous logistics experience will be highly advantageous. You'll also need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively as part of a team, and consistently meet performance targets and service level agreements.

What We Offer
  • Pay Rate: £17.69 per hour
  • Contract: 7-month rolling temporary contract
  • Hours: Monday - Friday | 07:00 - 15:00
  • 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and placing parts in line with SLA requirements
  • Maintaining exceptional stock accuracy
  • Consolidating stock and optimising storage for efficiency
  • Scanning and updating SAP accurately
  • Conducting stock counts and audits
  • Ensuring timely placement of parts at designated drop points
  • Producing delivery notes using Excel templates
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards (6S environment)
  • Managing stock write-offs and gains
