Job summary

Delaware North UK is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to join the Wembley Stadium team in London. The role focuses on hands-on support for POS systems, devices, and venue technology to ensure smooth operations on matchdays and events.

You will troubleshoot, deploy, and upgrade POS services, work with internal and external teams, and communicate clearly on issues, risks, and improvements while contributing to a dynamic events environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in technical support or related degree.
• 4+ years’ experience supporting POS systems at venues.
• Knowledge of Windows devices, basic networking, and programming.

Responsibilities

• Support POS systems and devices, including terminals and payment devices.
• Troubleshoot POS services for matchdays and events, with guidance to staff.
• Manage incidents and escalate to internal/external teams as needed.
• Support POS deployments, upgrades, and security/compliance initiatives.
• Provide clear updates on issues, performance, risks, and improvements.
