Job summary

MHR is seeking a dedicated professional to lead onboarding for new customers and manage service upgrades. You will coordinate between implementation and operations teams to ensure readiness and a smooth transition into Business as Usual.

In this role you’ll validate configurations, confirm payroll and pension setups, and uphold governance and compliance throughout the onboarding journey. A collaborative, proactive approach is essential, with strong stakeholder engagement across the business.

• Own onboarding activities for new customers and service upgrades.
• Validate configurations and ensure payroll, pensions, processes and controls are established ahead of go-live.
• Coordinate activities between implementation and operations teams for a smooth transition into BAU.
