Job summary

Focus Group is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Transition Specialist to orchestrate seamless IT service transitions for new customers. You will own the onboarding journey from signed contract to fully integrated, confident users, including onsite visits when required.

You will lead end-to-end transition plans, run project meetings, coordinate with engineers and support teams, and spot risks early. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for success in this hybrid UK role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT Project Management and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of M365, Azure, networking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• UK driving licence for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from contract to fully integrated service users.
• Lead end-to-end transitions and onboarding plans; conduct meetings and onsite visits.
• Coordinate with engineers, support teams, and Sales to resolve gaps and risks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation during onboarding.
