Job summary

Citygate Automotive Ltd. is seeking an IT Onboarding Specialist to lead the end-to-end onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle changes for staff across critical systems. You will ensure new starters receive equipment and access, while leavers have access removed promptly and securely.

You will collaborate with HR, managers and IT to coordinate provisioning, system permissions and asset tracking, while supporting audits and maintaining compliance with data protection standards and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT onboarding, offboarding and lifecycle management
• Strong coordination with HR, IT and managers
• Knowledge of data security and access governance
• Customer-focused with excellent communication

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT onboarding and offboarding for new hires and leavers
• Coordinate with hiring managers, HR and IT to ensure timely lifecycle activities
• Provision and revoke user accounts and access across key business systems
• Procure and track IT equipment and maintain asset records
• Maintain documentation for user accounts, assets and licences
• Perform access reviews and data cleansing to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Be the main point of contact for onboarding and IT admin queries
• Support audits and adhere to data protection and security standards
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
