Job summary

MHR International UK Limited is seeking a Project Manager to own end-to-end onboarding projects within the Managed Services team. You will collaborate with Professional Services, Operations, Compliance, Service Design and Product teams to ensure onboarding initiatives are delivered smoothly.

You will plan, govern and manage projects from initiation to handover, maintaining scope, timelines, quality and SLAs while handling risks, issues and dependencies with clear governance and data-driven

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding projects across Managed Services.
• Develop governance, stakeholder management and delivery plans.
• Plan and manage projects from initiation through to handover.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timescales, quality standards and SLAs.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies with robust documentation.
• Facilitate governance meetings and workshops for progress review.
• Use management information and metrics to inform decisions and priorities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
