Clear Business is seeking a Customer Onboarding Advisor to join our growing team in the UK. You’ll be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through onboarding from setup to service activation and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams and suppliers, manage onboarding activities end-to-end, resolve issues, and continually seek improvements to the customer journey in a busy, client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, onboarding, administration, service delivery, or operational support.
• Experience managing customer cases from start to finish.
• Familiarity with service levels, targets, or performance measures.
• Track record of handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage customers through onboarding from receipt to service activation.
• Act as main point of contact and provide updates throughout onboarding.
• Review and validate customer information for accuracy and completeness.
• Build positive relationships and deliver exceptional customer experience from day one.
• Identify and resolve issues, delays, or concerns affecting outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams, suppliers, and third‑party partners.
• Own customer queries, complaints, and escalations through to resolution.
• Ensure activities comply with company policies and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and support continuous improvement.
