Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group in Wakefield is seeking an IT Administrator to join our hybrid team. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, set up accounts and permissions, and maintain IT assets and licensing to keep systems secure and well-documented.

This hands-on, administrative IT role requires meticulous organisation, process discipline, and collaboration with HR to ensure accurate starter and leaver records. A proactive approach to data maintenance is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an IT administration or support environment.
• Experience setting up accounts or onboarding new starters.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience working with spreadsheets and maintaining data.
• Ability to follow processes and manage repetitive tasks consistently.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT provisioning requests for new starters, leavers and internal changes.
• Set up accounts and permissions for new starters, ensuring they have the appropriate access from day one.
• Process permission requests and provide access to relevant systems, applications and areas.
• Work closely with HR to process starter and leaver information and ensure accounts are accurately updated.
• Manage Microsoft licensing as part of the account creation process.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and support asset finance tracking.
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure requests are completed efficiently and securely.
