Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking an IT Trainer to join its collaborative IT team on a permanent basis. The role focuses on delivering training, onboarding new starters and developing engaging online learning resources to improve technology adoption across the organisation.

You will work with colleagues at all levels to build confidence with the systems used daily and to create accessible training materials that support varying levels of technical ability.

• Experience delivering IT training to diverse user groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging IT training to users across the organisation.
• Provide IT onboarding and training for new starters.
• Develop refresher and role-specific training.
• Create online learning content, user guides and training resources.
• Identify training needs and opportunities to improve technology adoption.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand learning requirements.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new systems and technologies.
• Continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
