Job summary

Accenture in London is seeking an IT Coordinator at Analyst level to coordinate employee technology requests, support new joiners, manage stock and suppliers, and oversee services including 3D printing. The role partners with internal teams, vendors, and the UK Workstation Lead to deliver a smooth employee tech experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy when maintaining records and data.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience coordinating operational processes, onboarding activities, requests, stock or similar services.
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and suppliers.
• Ability to take ownership of requests and issues through to resolution.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• New Joiner Technology Support: coordinate workplace technology and equipment for new joiners.
• Workplace Technology & Equipment Support: manage requests and inventory records.
• Office Stock & Inventory Management: track stock across UK locations and ensure supplies.
• Vendor & Supplier Management: act as contact for external vendors and raise purchase requests.
• 3D Printing Service: manage 3D printing requests and coordinate production.
• UK PC Upgrade Programme: assist admin and delivery of workstation refresh for employees.
• Customer Support & Query Management: handle employee queries via IT service desk.
• Operational Support & Continuous Improvement: maintain docs and support process improvements.
