Job summary

Accenture UK is seeking an IT Coordinator to support employee technology needs, coordinate onboarding equipment, and manage stock and supplier relationships from London-based offices. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to maintain seamless employee technology services.

The role focuses on new joiner onboarding, laptop peripherals, 3D printing requests, and overseeing UK PC upgrade programmes, delivering a high-quality employee experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with ability to manage multiple activities and priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in records and data.
• Clear, professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Experience coordinating operational processes, onboarding activities, stock, equipment, or similar services.
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders, vendors and suppliers.
• Ability to take ownership of requests through to resolution.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace technology and equipment requirements for new joiners and ensure timely preparation.
• Manage and monitor new joiner requests, coordinating with internal teams to meet timescales.
• Arrange peripherals, laptop accessories and other required technology.
• Track equipment allocations and maintain onboarding records.
• Respond to new joiner and stakeholder queries with timely updates.
