Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Manager to lead a high-performing on-site IT team across multiple sites. You will drive innovations in IT infrastructure, improve operational processes, automate manual tasks, and ensure fast, reliable systems that support customers and colleagues.

You’ll manage on-site support teams, coordinate technology launches, and mentor staff in a dynamic, fast-growing environment. A data-driven approach and strong collaboration with site leaders are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and managing a team
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks
• Experience building, managing and coaching a team in a high-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Devise and manage projects, including new technology deployments and internal programme.
• Manage and solve challenges involving IT infrastructure, such as local site networks, services and hardware.
• Support the team with a range of work, including improvements to operational processes, manual work automation and analysis of solutions.
• Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot IT solutions throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage and develop on-site support teams and recruit new talent.
