Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to lead high-impact IT projects with broad scope and global reach, ensuring delivery on defined timelines, budgets and customer value.

You will coordinate onsite and remote teams across Europe and worldwide, drive end-to-end program governance, manage hardware standards, risk mitigation and change control, and serve as the single point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure.
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage IT projects from beginning to end, including scope, timeline, hardware procurement, and resource allocation.
• Provide project management and direction to ensure timelines and roles are clear.
• Act as escalation point to manage risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Own updates and documentation on hardware standards and equipment procurement.
• Proactively manage change control and communicate scope impact.
