Job summary

Civica UK Ltd is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer for the London site, working Monday to Thursday on-site. You will support colleagues across the business, resolving incidents and service requests with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and networking.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL and incident/request management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with networking and operating system platforms.

Responsibilities

• Record and manage customer incidents, problems and service requests from initiation to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of work, changes and interactions in line with data protection laws.
• Adhere to service management policies and procedures (ticket handling, incident management, request fulfilment, problem management).
• Provide onsite support to Civica offices as required.
• Develop and maintain customer skills and knowledge of Civica processes for the role.
