Civica is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer in London, working Monday to Thursday onsite at our Southbank office. You will be supporting colleagues with incidents, requests and AV equipment, leveraging ITIL processes and a range of Microsoft technologies including 365 and Azure.

The role offers a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement and technical growth. Ideal candidates will have experience with Active Directory, networking and security, plus the ability to work across

Formación

• Experience with ITIL, Microsoft 365, Azure and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft operating systems and networking.
• Knowledge of security, backup technologies and mixed environments (Linux/Unix/macOS).
• Experience supporting senior executives and managing AV equipment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Record and manage incidents, problems and service requests through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of work and interactions in line with policies.
• Adhere to Service Management policies and processes (e.g. incident management, request fulfillment).
• Provide onsite support to Civica offices as required.
• Contribute to knowledge articles and continuous service improvements.
