Job summary

NTT DATA UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Workplace Service Support Engineer to provide L1/L1.5 IT support across remote and on-site channels. You will resolve incidents, guide users, and maintain ownership of the employee support experience across Birmingham, London and HS2 locations.

The role requires strong Windows/M365 knowledge, identity management skills, and excellent customer service. A flexible hybrid work arrangement and active participation in continuous improvement of the

Qualifications

Substantial IT support experience across L1/L1.5 levels in a multi-site environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows and M365 products and services.
Experience with endpoint management and identity systems (Intune, Entra ID, AD).
Hands-on hardware, software and network troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact within the Service Centre for users reporting IT issues via phone, chat, portal/self-service and walk-up support.
Provide both remote and on-site support across Birmingham, London and other HS2 locations.
Record, categorize, prioritize and manage incidents and service requests with clear user communication.
Diagnose and resolve L1/L1.5 incidents across Windows, M365, identity, hardware and mobile devices.
