Job summary

Infinity Group UK is seeking an IT Field Service Engineer to install, upgrade, and maintain customers' on-site technology at Tunbridge Wells and client sites. You’ll deliver reliable infrastructure, cloud solutions, and proactive IT support to keep clients productive and secure.

You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Azure and on-premise systems, handle incidents end-to-end, and contribute to continuous improvement while building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Cloud, Exchange Online, and licensing concepts.
• Field/site support experience and ability to work onsite at client locations.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and basic networking is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and maintain client infrastructure on-site and remotely as needed.
• Deliver Microsoft cloud solutions and ensure secure, reliable operations.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents end-to-end, communicating clearly with customers.
