Be-IT Resourcing is seeking a Home-based IT Support Engineer in Scotland with travel across Scotland to deliver Level 1 remote and onsite support. You will split time between remote service desk duties and visiting customer sites, ensuring IT systems run smoothly and user onboarding is successful.

Ideal candidates have solid Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Intune knowledge, strong networking fundamentals, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service desk or managed services role.
• Strong Microsoft 365, Windows 11 and Intune knowledge.
• Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Eligibility for SC clearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide Level 1 remote and onsite support for PCs, laptops and printers.
• Travel to customer sites across Scotland, with overnight stays as needed (expenses covered).
• Support hardware installs, deployments and user onboarding.
• Keep asset registers and site documentation accurate.
• Collaborate with service desk, projects, security and technical teams.
