Job summary

Be-IT Ltd is recruiting for a home-based IT support role with travel across Scotland. You will split your time between remote service desk duties and visiting customer sites, delivering effective IT support and building trusted relationships to keep customers’ systems running smoothly.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and eligibility for SC clearance, with hours of 37.5 per week on a shift rota and salary around £35k.

I’m recruiting for a well-established managed services provider that needs a local technical presence in Scotland, someone who enjoys helping customers by phone, remote session and in person.

You’ll split your time between a remote service desk and customer sites across Scotland, delivering great IT support, building trusted relationships and keeping customers’ IT running smoothly. No two days will look the same.
