Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to our public sector customers and plays a vital role in maintaining safety and saving lives.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrable experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using current contract manuals and procedural documents, adhering to quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents of similar nature.
• Reviewing daily open incidents for your region, managing your workflow, and closing open incidents efficiently.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
