Job Description:

Field Technician

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will need to obtain Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as required.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a company serving public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials according to contract manuals and procedural documents, adhering to quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support for customers.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management through Field or Senior Engineers for ongoing incidents.
• Daily review and management of open incidents in your region, actively overseeing your workflow and utilization to resolve issues promptly.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
