Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using latest contract manuals and procedures, ensuring quality and timeliness under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing and managing open incidents daily, overseeing workflow and utilization.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products.
