Field Technician

We are seeking IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. Candidates must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when necessary.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in:

• Assisting with equipment installation using current contract manuals and procedural documents, adhering to quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management through Field or Senior Engineers for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing open incidents daily, managing workflow, and closing tickets efficiently.
• Knowledge of IP networks and experience with network infrastructure products and PCs is preferred.
