Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when necessary.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to public sector clients and plays a vital role in safety and emergency services.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials following contract manuals and procedural documents, adhering to quality and time standards under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support for customers.
• Escalating issues through the appropriate channels for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing and managing open incidents daily, ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Knowledge of IP, networking infrastructure, and PC products is preferred.
