Identify Solutions is seeking an IT Field Engineer to support a portfolio of professional services clients across Central London. You will spend Monday to Thursday onsite across client sites, solving technical issues and building trusted relationships, with Fridays from home to manage tickets.

This role suits an experienced Field Engineer or a strong 2nd Line Engineer stepping into a more independent, client-facing position.

Qualifications

• Strong 2nd Line IT support experience.
• Good Microsoft 365 and Windows knowledge.
• Experience with Intune, Azure/Entra and networking.
• MSP, Field Engineer or client-facing IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Confidence working independently with customers.

Responsabilités

• Support a portfolio of professional services clients across Central London.
• Travel to client sites Monday to Thursday.
• Be a trusted point of contact for IT on client sites.
• Resolve technical issues and manage tickets while on site.
• Friday work-from-home to manage tickets and catch up.
