Job summary

AWD online is seeking an IT Support Technician / Field Engineer to join a growing technology team delivering onsite and remote IT support to professional-services clients in Central London and beyond.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, manage Office 365, and work with modern security practices while building trusted client relationships and documenting solutions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous professional IT support experience across onsite and remote environments.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Mac troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Office 365 apps including Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
• Understanding of core Windows server technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP).
• Ability to troubleshoot and configure Wi‑Fi, firewalls and routers.
• Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, compliance policies, email routing and mail tracing.
• Ability to resolve printer issues and liaise with vendors.
• Clear communication, customer service and proactive learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional onsite and remote IT support, building trusted client relationships.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows and Mac desktops and mobile devices.
• Perform site visits to maintain systems and align with best practices.
• Support Office 365 services including Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
