Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to support Coalville and Milton Keynes sites. You will be the primary IT liaison for the sites, aligning IT services with operational needs and delivering value across the portfolio.

In this role you will manage IT roadmaps, coordinate central IT capabilities, and oversee budget, change, and incident response to ensure reliable services and continuous improvement at the sites.

Qualifications

• IT leadership experience in a large organisation.
• Experience managing internal/external stakeholders and budgets.
• Knowledge of Blue Yonder WMS and change management activities.
• Ability to drive IT service delivery across sites and liaise with business.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance with central IT functions and local resources, including budget responsibility and roadmaps.
• Lead IT project delivery for the site and act as site IT SME for end user support.
• Manage Blue Yonder WMS on site and ensure service levels and SLAs are met.
• Oversee supplier management, standardisation and incident coordination.
