Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to support Coalville and MK:DC sites within the ML technology function. You’ll be the trusted IT liaison for site operations, steering IT services and delivering value across the site.

You will manage IT roadmaps, budgets and incident coordination, lead change activities and act as the site SME for Blue Yonder WMS. A strong customer and stakeholder mindset is essential to drive improvements and align IT with business needs.

Qualifications

• IT experience in a large complex organisation with strong IT team management.
• Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders with clear communication.
• Experience of DHL IT systems.
• Knowledge of Blue Yonder 2023 Warehouse Management System (WMS) is essential.
• Experience of working on change management activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate central IT functions and lead local IT resources, including budget responsibility.
• Own site IT roadmaps, change management and incident coordination.
• Lead IT project delivery for the site and provide end-user IT support.
• Manage IT suppliers, products and service delivery to defined standards and SLAs.
