Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Derby is seeking a Health & Safety Business Partner to advise on compliance with legislation and policies across a large semi-automated site. You will work with operational leaders, customers and colleagues to drive a positive safety culture and ensure safe, compliant operations.

Key day-to-day tasks include providing professional HSE guidance, building strong customer relationships, driving HSMS adherence, supporting annual objectives, and promoting proactive safety through

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HSE guidance across a site.
• Ability to influence operational leaders and customers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HSE advice and support to operational teams across the site.
• Build relationships with site customers and act as a trusted safety advisor.
• Drive adherence to the Health & Safety Management System and policies.
• Support annual Safety, Health and Environmental objectives with performance management.
• Coordinate with central HSE function on wider objectives.
• Promote proactive safety culture through coaching and training.
• Monitor compliance, identify risks and implement improvements.
