Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad HR generalist experience across employee relations, workforce planning and change.
• Proven ability to align people strategy with operational performance.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in matrix/multi-site business.
• Strong data-driven approach using workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders to enable delivery of commitments and performance.
• Use workforce insight to improve engagement, retention and productivity.
• Anticipate people risks and implement mitigating actions.
• Ensure fair handling of employee relations matters to protect operations.
• Lead consultations with unions and employee reps when required.
• Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide insight on external trends and internal performance to inform decisions.
• Own core HR processes across the employee lifecycle with compliant delivery.
