Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rugby is seeking an Admin Manager for a 12-month FTC, full-time. The role spans project support for the CT team and wider network, driving new initiatives from scoping through to implementation and ensuring steady state operations.

You will partner with Customer Services, Planning and Finance CoE, and manage purchasing and billing processes. Candidates should have administration or project management experience, strong IT skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including

Qualifications

• Experience in Administrative roles, ideally within a multi-location set up.
• Experience in Customer Services, ideally with a Retail customer
• Experience in management or project roles, ideally in a fast paced environment.
• Customer relationship/service experience
• Previous management experience required
• IT literate, With Microsoft office packages, Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality project and account support for the CT team and across the wider network, working independantly to successfully deliver on the CT objectives and management of new initatives through effective project support from scoping through to implementation of new processes to steady state
• Be responsible for customer and stakeholder engagement and management to drive the best results within CI, Engagement and new Projects
• Business Partnering with Planning and Finance CoE teams for Purchasing and Billing
• Smooth operation of financial processes between the Planning, Customs and Finance functions.
• Project management, scoping, implementation of new DHL intiatives.
