Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Health and Safety Contract Business Partner in Peterborough with travel to Milton Keynes and Stanton. You will lead safety and BCM across three sites, ensuring compliant, efficient operations and a strong safety culture.

Bring operational H&S experience, NEBOSH cert, and a proactive approach to drive standards, with a driving licence to support multiple sites. Join a team focused on safety excellence across the Finished Vehicle Solutions contract.

Qualifications

• Proven operational H&S experience on the ground.
• NEBOSH National General Certificate is required.
• Dynamic, adaptable approach for fast-moving contract.
• Clean driving licence needed to support three sites.
• Strong understanding of H&S processes in real operations.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Facilities Management activities across all three sites to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations
• Providing expert Health and Safety & BCM support to ensure full compliance with statutory legislation
• Driving standardisation and embedding the HSMS and wider policies across all three sites
• Meeting annual SHE objectives through proactive engagement and performance management
• Supporting the central Health and Safety function to deliver business wide functional goals
• Coordinating Health and Safety & BCM initiatives with site management teams to build a strong safety culture
