Job summary

The University of Lancashire is seeking an IT/AV Technician to join the Learning and Information Services team at Westlakes campus, Cumbria. The role will install and maintain IT, audio-visual and specialist resources across the estate and support teaching activities.

You will assist staff and students in using learning technologies, including web conferencing and event support, with occasional travel between Westlakes and Preston campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience IT and AV technical support in a customer facing role.
• Experience instructing and demonstrating IT and AV equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
