Burnley College invites applications for an IT Technician to provide high-quality IT support to staff and students and keep technology services across all sites running smoothly. You will supply first‑line support in person, by phone and through the IT service desk, supporting devices, classroom and AV tech, printers and network peripherals, plus Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID.

Strong troubleshooting in Windows 11 and cloud services is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing IT support in a Windows environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud services including Intune and Entra ID.
• Experience supporting classroom or audio-visual technology and end-user hardware.

• Provide first-line IT support in person, by phone and via the IT service desk.
• Support end-user devices, classroom/AV technology, printers and network peripherals.
• Assist with lessons, examinations, events and College activities requiring IT/AV support.
