Position Overview: As a PC Technician at LOGIX, you will play a crucial role in our operations by building custom PCs, providing technical support, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for assembling PCs according to specifications, testing for performance and stability, and troubleshooting any issues. Additionally, you will handle technical support calls, assist customers with their queries, and provide solutions to any hardware or software-related problems.
In this role, you’ll work towards yourLevel 3 IT Support Apprenticeship,delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships. You willalso work towards two specialist modules which are Confident Communication – Customer Service Fundamentals and a Microsoft 365 Fundamentals module.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
